Kruger is the largest game reserve in South Africa. It covers 18,989 square kilometres and extends 350 kilometres from north to south and 60 kilometres from east to west. Part of the Kruger to Canyons Biosphere, the park contains roughly 1,982 species of plants, 517 species of bird and 147 species of mammal, more than any other African reserve!
