Administrative Support

We know that running a schools expedition can be quite a time-consuming pursuit so we want to take the stress out of the experience. Once your school has launched the programme you will be assigned a dedicated Programme Manager who will act as your main point of contact throughout the build up to the expedition. It is their responsibility to ensure that we make the preparations as stress-free as possible!

Launching Your Expedition

Itinerary Planning

Prior to offering the expedition to students, our team will work with you to create a bespoke itinerary to suit your needs. Using our experience gathered over a decade in schools adventure travel, we will ensure that we put together a unique and rewarding experience.

Support Material

Prior to the launch of the expedition to the students, we will provide you with a bundle of supporting documentation and resources to promote the trip internally. This includes posters, flyers, video's, slideshows and images....anything you need to ensure we generate the most interest we can in the experience.

Support Material

Launch Meeting

We'll run an evening presentation on your behalf at the school for pupils and parents to attend. Designed to provide more information about the trip and, most importantly, for everyone to have their questions answered.

Pre-Departure Planning

Documentation Support

We'll take a lot of the legwork out of running a trip for you, providing you with full risk assessments, assisting with LEA paperwork and providing information and advice for parents and pupils. For Lead Teachers, we have created a concise Teachers Guidance Pack, leading you through the entire programme, from the point of launching a trip through to your return. In providing this pack you will be able to monitor what happens next, what to expect from us and what we ask of you. You will also receive a comprehensive Lead Teachers Manual to take overseas, which you can refer to throughout your trip.

Online Members Area

Once a trip is confirmed, we develop a micro-website dedicated to each group. This is accessible via our main website and provides access for parents, pupils and teachers to all relevant trip information quickly and easily. The site includes three Tour Information Packs providing information about the destination, the itinerary, flights details, kit lists, inoculation advice, project pack, fundraising pack and fitness information. For teachers there is additional information regarding risk assessments and also consent forms for parents to download.

Annual School Travel Conference

Our annual Conference provides a great opportunity for like-minded forward-thinking teachers from all over the country to come together and talk about their experiences. We invite all teachers and leaders travelling with us to attend and we manage the event as a series of workshops covering topics essential to each trip.
