Schools Worldwide Members Area
We have developed an on-line Members Area, where pupils and teachers can access all their trip information at the click of a button. Once booked on a trip, all group members receive a username and password so that they can log onto their very own trip-specific part of the Members Area.
The Members Area contains all the information that pupils and teachers will need to prepare for the trip, including the Itinerary, Tour Information Packs, Team Lists, Kit Lists and much more.
Between booking and departure, documents will be uploaded onto the Members Area, and an email will be sent to the entire group to let them know that they need to log on and read the new information.
For any pupil who does not have internet access at home or at school, downloadable and printable versions of all the documents are available for teachers to distribute.
