    • The Worldwide Group are responsible for the safety of every pupil and have implemented a variety of measures that protect the well-being of all groups. Schools Worldwide run an emergency back up system in Yorkshire and London, providing our groups with 24hr assistance while abroad. In certain cases, we can escalate incidents to be managed from a Crisis Room at the Worldwide Group Head Offices in Hampshire. Group Leaders can contact our UK offices using a Satellite Telephone and any rescue and recovery will be managed from our UK ofices with the support of our in-country agents and diplomatic services. For groups who use our recommended insurance policy additional medical support will be provided by Specialty Assistance.

  • How can I contact my child overseas?

    • In cases of extreme urgency, we are able to relay messages from the UK to our groups. Though we do not freely distribute our 24 hr emergency number, parents can contact us during office hours and we can forward messages to the Group Leader who can pick them up each day during a pre-designated period of 'Open Comms'. In more serious cases, we are able to put parents in direct contact with their child using the Satellite telephone that the Group Leader carries.
